Good news on the Tupac Shakur sex tape front ... Pac's estate has finally begun talks with a potential buyer ... but it ain't for the XXX part ... it's all about the music.
As TMZ first reported, an anti-hangover drink company called NOHO has offered to pay $1,000,000 for the rights to the unreleased song 2Pac was rapping along with ... while he was being "tended to" by a very friendly female in the 1991 footage.
Sources connected to the negotiations tell us ... the offer was big enough to catch the estate’s attention, because a rep for Pac's people reached out to NOHO and the two sides are trying to work out a deal.
There’s only one problem ... the estate doesn’t have possession of the sex tape and aren’t even sure which song is playing on it.
Oh yeah ... NOHO hasn't heard the song either -- but the CEO is banking on the fact that it's a Tupac song ... which means is has to be awesome.
We're told if the estate can’t get a hold of the tape, they have other unreleased Tupac songs they're willing to part with ... if the price is right.

647Kryoman -- The Lawsuit Over the Suit | TMZ.com

Kryoman -- the popular club music icon who dances on stage in an electronic suit -- claims another act has stolen his trademark outfit ... and he's filed a new lawsuit to establish giant lighted robot supremacy!
According to a lawsuit filed this week in Florida, Andrew Moore began performing in the Kryoman in 2005. He claims he copyrighted the suit -- which is described in the lawsuit as being "9 feet tall, covered in color-changing lights, wielding a gun in each hand."
Moore claims he built up quite a reputation as Kryoman, performing with the likes of David Guetta, the Black Eyed Peas and Nicki Minaj.
According to the lawsuit, Moore claims Dayglow -- a company that stages electronic music parties all over the world -- approached him about appearing at one of their shows in Miami. Moore says he declined.
Moore claims Dayglow than did "nothing more than construct a replica of the Kryoman suit" and began using it at their shows (see below, taken from a video shot from a video in July).

Moore is suing for copyright infringement and is asking for damages -- plus $30,000 per violation if the court feels Dayglow did it by accident ... and $150,000 if they feel Dayglow "willfully infringed Moore's copyright."
Calls to Dayglow were not returned.

Jessica Simpson
Wow. Jessica Simpson was never exactly lacking in the chestal region, but man. Pregnancy is offering even more enhancement in more departments than just the belly.
The star stepped out today with sister Ashleeeeeee and nephew Bronx Mowgli, named for a borough of New York City and a Jungle Book character. Nice work Ash.
In any case, Jess looked happy, displaying the boy and her girls for all to see.
Jess has had no problem showing off her body since she confirmed she and Eric Johnson are expecting ... or ever, for that matter. Why start now, we suppose.
This takes it to a new level, though. Is she purposely wearing tops from when she was 18? If so, nice. Avert your eyes, Bronx. Eh, it's already too late. Enjoy.

Sam Poueu Enters Rehab, Issues Statement on Recovery
Sam Poueu has taken a major step in his recovery from an early September fall.
About nine weeks after plummeting four stories off a San Francisco building, the former Biggest Loser contestant has been moved to a rehab facility.
"His recovery has been nothing short of a miracle. He has been blessed with a wonderful medical team," said Poueu's family and his fiancée, Stephanie Anderson, in a statement to People. "Witnessing his daily progress is the most hopeful and inspirational experience. Tough days are still ahead - but, like always, he is working hard toward a full recovery. We are thankful for your continued thoughts, prayers and support."
For the first time, the 25-year old reality star issued his own statement, as well:
"Words can't express how grateful I am for all the love, support and prayers I've received in the past six weeks, all of which have been instrumental in my healing and recovery process, and in keeping my spirits up."
Tiger Woods
His divorce from Elin Nordegren is a distant memory, but Tiger Woods' life is far from back to normal. In fact, his other "divorce" keeps making headlines.
Tiger's recent split from Steve Williams, his longtime caddy, was a dominant subplot of this weekend's Bridgestone Invitational, won by Adam Scott.
Caddying for the Australian in their first victory together? Williams!

Asked about the victory he helped Scott achieve, Williams said it was the greatest he'd ever been a part of, and called the past week "the best of my life."
It was a thinly-vailed slap at the man he believes let him go for no reason, and who finished tied for 37th Sunday, a whopping 18 strokes back of Scott.
Williams has been openly upset about the firing, saying he got canned over the phone. Tiger's agent says it was "done face-to-face and man-to-man."
Regardless of who's more accurate, both stars will be at the year's final major, the PGA Championship, kicking off Thursday at the Atlanta Athletic Club.
Can Tiger rebound, or will his woes continue?

Heidi Montag
Runaway bride Crystal Harris was called out by Holly Madison for living it up at Wet Republic in Las Vegas just days after dumping Hugh Hefner.
Harris' co-attendee in Sin City, Heidi Montag, also turned heads at the pool party.
Showing off a slender look she reportedly achieved by working out for 14 hours a day, Montag not only looks plastic, but slightly anemic now:
Heidi Montag, who had countless plastic surgery procedures done in 2009-10 (we really did lose count), debuted her new "look" at Wet Republic.
"I've been working out from, like, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. for two months now. I've been working out really hard because I had this pool party," she said.
"I was like, I have to be in shape. I was actually a lot overweight. It was the most I've ever been because I've kind of been in hiding eating pie with my husband [Spencer Pratt] and puppies, so I needed to get back in shape."
Botox Barbie says she went from 130 pounds to 103.
"I've been running a lot, and doing weights," the former reality star said. We can see that. It's not like she has any sort of career to take up time.
